What to write so we can actually help
We are a small office. A clear email is faster than a vague form. Use one of these subject lines so the message is not treated as academy billing:
- Athlete support — child’s first name, age, sport (wrestling / BJJ / MMA), what needs to be paid, due date, and whether a coach can confirm the child trains.
- Donation / receipt — date, amount, and whether you need a letter for a workplace match or donor-advised fund.
- Grant or Ad Grants — the funder name and the document you need (EIN confirmation, mission statement, program description). This website is the public record; we can also send the IRS letter.
- Coach session — athlete name, next competition date, and whether the meeting is for the child, the parent, or the family together. Sessions are free for competing students and are not sold.
Do not send Social Security numbers. Do not send a child’s full medical file unless we ask for a specific note. We will not post a minor’s name or photo as a success story without a parent’s written permission.
Where to go in person
The training floor is Suite 6 at 6625 Reseda Boulevard in Reseda, in the San Fernando Valley. Street parking and nearby lots vary by time of day; call if you are visiting for the first time and need a landmark. This is a working gym during class hours. If you are coming only to discuss a donation or a hardship request, email first so someone is free to talk rather than on the mat.
Mailing: use the Reseda street address for packages related to the charity. If a grant portal demands a unit number from an older form, Suite 6 is the premises on the lease. Older materials sometimes printed “Unit 50”; that is the same building, not a second program site.
Academy versus charity

Please do not email the charity to cancel a gym membership, and please do not use the gym contact form as your only record of a tax-deductible gift.
